If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products/Services/Appointments/Booking that You purchased/availed with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to RS Venture ( Harmoni Salon), Gurugram, Haryana

  • "Services" refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • "Order/Appointment/Booking" mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.

  • "website" refers to the Website.

  • "Web" refers to Harmoni Salon, accessible from www.harmonisalonindia.com

  • "Client" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

If You have booked Home Services Appointment than our Technicians/Beauty Experts will visit your address and provide the services.

The Gift cards are of digital form and exclusively belongs to RS Venture ( Harmoni Salon) Services only. Once bought the gift cards will be sent to you and the recipients Email Id through Digital Form, We do not ship any physical form of the Gift Cards.

Cash on Delivery/ Pay at Store is available- Customers can book appointment and also pay at store after availing services.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 
In order for the Services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Appointment/Booking is cancelled minimum 8 hours prior to the appointment time

  • You can Reschedule your Booking 2 hours prior to appointment as well.

  • You have informed us with proper writing by emailing us at harmonisalonindia@gmail.com

  • ​Gift Cards bought can be transferred but can not be returned or refunded.
